TERMS; CASH, check or credit card with addition 3% convenience fee. 10% buyers premium on all sales. 

PICKUP; Friday, March 18th from 1PM-5PM. Bring your own packing material & help with larger items. Long, narrow driveway, please be patient & courteous to other when entering.

All purchases MUST be picked up during the scheduled pickup. Alternate arrangements Cannot be made. 

Auction uses a "soft close" process, meaning that if an item receives a bid within the last 3 minutes, it will extend for an additional 3 minutes. Items close at a rate of 2 items per minute.
